​How do I schedule a shoot with you?

How many photos should I expect?
​
This can depend on the size of the home/finished sq ft, but generally between 30-50 photos.

How will you send over the photos?
​
They will be sent via my booking site. Once the project is finished, I will deliver them to you. You will have a prompt to pay. Once paid for, the photos will become available to download.​
​
What is the usual turnaround time for photos?
​
Turnaround time depends on when you are needing to go live. For anything under 4,000 sq ft, next morning is always an option. If you are not needing them ASAP, I may send them later on the day after the shoot, depending on my schedule.

Do I need to be there for the photos?
​
No, you do not. I’m always happy to have anyone there while I work, but if you/the family cannot be there, that’s no problem at all. Just make sure to let me know if there’s anything you want me to specifically focus on or avoid. Also, it’s very helpful if I can get inside the home, so please make sure I have a garage code or a door is unlocked!

How far out do I need to schedule?

I require a 12 hour notice at minimum, to schedule. I book up quickly, so the sooner you can schedule, the better.

Is there a cancellation fee?
​
As long as you tell me before I go to the home, there will be no cancellation fee. Please just respect my time. I completely understand that life happens, and sometimes families need an extra week or so to get their homes ready. I would much rather reschedule a week later and have the house be 100% ready, than to shoot a home that is 50% ready.
