How do I schedule a shoot with you?
The easiest way to schedule a shoot with me is to directly call/text me at (712) 470-4709.

How many photos should I expect?
This can depend on the size of the home/finished sq ft, but generally between 30-50 photos.
How will you send over the photos?
I will send over a zip file that you can download directly to your computer.
How will you send over the videos?
I will send over a Vimeo video link that allows for direct download and is also able to be posted online in full quality as well.
What is the usual turnaround time for photos?
The photos will be sent over the next morning.
Do I need to be there for the photos?
No, you do not. I’m always happy to have anyone there while I work, but if you/the family cannot be there, that’s no problem at all. Just make sure to let me know if there’s anything you want me to specifically focus on or avoid. Also, it’s very helpful if I can get inside the home, so please make sure I have a garage code or a door is unlocked!
How far out do I need to schedule?
I’ve shot houses the same day they’ve been scheduled, so if I have the time I’m happy to accommodate last-minute scheduling. However, it is preferred to at least schedule 2 to 3 days before you list the property to make sure I have time to accommodate you! I’m very flexible with scheduling as this is what I do full-time.
Is there a cancellation fee?
As long as you tell me before I go to the home, there will be no cancellation fee. Please just respect my time. I completely understand that life happens, and sometimes families need an extra week or so to get their homes ready. I would much rather reschedule a week later and have the house be 100% ready, than to shoot a home that is 50% ready.
